On Oct. 18, 2025, the developer opened the township’s doors with Saludad Socials, a curated event that brought together families, friends, and future residents for a day celebrating creativity and community. The event marked the public’s first look at PHINMA Properties’ flagship master planned development in Bacolod.
A celebration of community
Held at the Saludad Sales Pavilion, the event featured family-friendly activities, artisan workshops, and township previews. While Bacolod’s main streets filled with parades and crowds, Saludad offered a more relaxed, community-oriented venue.
Guests explored local marketplaces, joined creative sessions like piaya pressing, cocktail mixing, and wine-and-paint workshops, and enjoyed a sunset-themed photo studio. Kids filled the colorful activity zone with puppet crafts, eco-art, and mask-making—capturing the joyful energy of the MassKara spirit.
A township for the future
Saludad represents more than a festival venue—it’s PHINMA Properties’ first master planned township in Bacolod, developed in partnership with JEPP Real Estate Co. and designed by Royal Pineda+. The project integrates residential communities, Southwestern University PHINMA, and TRYP by Wyndham Hotel, all set within open spaces designed for people-first living.
