To be developed by Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), the project will feature a residential village, a world-class 18-hole golf course, and a beach clubhouse with a 20-meter tall lighthouse.
Future residents will enjoy a nearly one-kilometer coastline and modern eco-minimalist design.
“A major highlight of the development will be the Beach Clubhouse by the shore, which will be exclusive to property owners and their guests,” said Megaworld, which is the flagship property firm of Alliance Global Group, led by CEO Kevin Tan.
This sustainable community will include solar-powered streetlights and a protected mangrove area along the beach, the developer noted.
Lialto Beach and Golf Estates is about 2.5 hours from Metro Manila and 45 minutes from Tagaytay, accessible from Makati or Taguig via the South Luzon Expressway and the Cavite-Laguna Expressway, leading to the Calatagan-Lian Highway.
Megaworld previously announced plans to reach 35 townships in 2024 to celebrate its 35th anniversary.
