Revenues surged 223 percent to ₱51.56 billion, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization climbed 271 percent to ₱9.34 billion.
New games
In the third quarter alone, DigiPlus earned ₱3.52 billion, a 247 percent rise, with revenues up 171 percent at ₱19 billion, driven by increased user traffic and innovative game offerings.
Key drivers include recent hits like Pinoy Drop Ball and Super Ace Jackpot, which capture Filipino cultural elements and are expected to sustain momentum.
“Pinoy Drop Ball and Super Ace Jackpot are quickly rising as fan favorite and expected todrive significant revenue growth for DigiPlus in the coming months, as they capture the thrill and loyalty of Filipino players,” the company said in a statement.
Management’s view
“As DigiPlus increasingly reaches steady-state growth coming from exponential expansion since our digital pivot in 2022, we intend to cement our market leadership through focused research and development efforts to strategically develop culturally relevant games that resonate with Filipino audiences,” DigiPlus chair Eusebio Tanco said.
Market gains
DigiPlus is one of the top performing stocks this year, having gained over 165 percent since January.
Following its earnings announcement, the company rose 2.16 percent to P21.25 each on Tuesday.
