The media giant is not leaving its longtime compound but is now formally based at the Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center, which stands on the 1.4-hectare portion it retained.
Its previous registered address was the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center at the corner of Sgt. Esguerra Avenue and Mother Ignacia Street.
A landmark deal
The Lopez-led company agreed in February 2025 to sell roughly three hectares of its property to Ayala Land, with proceeds intended to help reduce its debts.
The sale covered much of the site that housed ABS-CBN's studios, offices and iconic 220-meter broadcast tower for decades.
What's next for the property?
Ayala Land has yet to finalize redevelopment plans, with president and CEO Meean Dy telling InsiderPH in April that construction would not begin in 2026 and planning would remain unfinished in 2027.
The uncertain timetable has also delayed expectations for dismantling the Millennium Transmitter, which received its ceremonial final lighting in July 2025.
ABS-CBN said the address change has been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Bureau of Internal Revenue, completing the formal update to its corporate records.
