• Globe reinforces its position as a people-led digital powerhouse in Asia
• Culture-driven innovation supports long-term growth and trust
• Consistent leadership and employee experience set Globe apart
Globe Telecom continues to strengthen its role as a benchmark for how people-first leadership can fuel digital growth in Asia.
By tightly linking employee empowerment with customer-centered innovation, the company shows how workplace culture can translate into sustained competitive advantage in a fast-changing regional market.
That approach gained renewed validation at the 2025 Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards, where Globe Telecom was recognized as Top Workplaces in Asia for the seventh time and Industry Champions of the Year for the fifth time.
The dual recognition underscores Globe’s consistency as both an employer of choice and an industry leader.
“Our people-first culture drives our spirit of innovation,” said Renato Jiao, chief human resources officer at Globe.
“When Ka-Globe are empowered to thrive, they fuel the ideas, the care, and the breakthroughs that make us a five-time Industry Champion. These awards affirm that people and performance go hand in hand in shaping the future,” he added.
The seventh Top Workplaces recognition placed Globe among a small group of companies that have received the Virtuoso’s Black and Gold Centaur Trophy, which is awarded to organizations that have won the same category seven times.
The recognition points to a workplace model centered on employee engagement and internal leadership development, shaped by Globe’s Employee Value Proposition, “Create Everyday Possibilities,” and applied across teams referred to internally as Ka-Globe.
Separately, Globe’s fifth Industry Champion citation reflects its role in the regional digital economy.
