Two Coca-Cola companies in the Philippines are relocating their offices to Megaworld's Uptown Bonifacio development, reinforcing the township’s growing reputation as a magnet for Fortune 500 firms and global multinationals.

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Services are occupying several floors at Uptown Eastgate, one of the biggest office buildings in Bonifacio Global City in terms of floor plate size.

Each floor spans as much as around 5,000 square meters, making it among the largest contiguous office spaces available in BGC.

Why it matters

Uptown Bonifacio is increasingly emerging as a preferred headquarters location for Fortune 500 companies looking for large, modern, and efficient office spaces.

The arrival of two Coca-Cola units adds to a growing roster that already includes JPMorgan Chase, Google, and Accenture, underscoring the township’s pull among global industry leaders.

Between the lines

Uptown Eastgate is a 31-story, LEED Gold-certified tower with more than 100,000 square meters of gross leasable area. Its expansive floor plates allow large multinationals to consolidate teams across fewer floors, a feature that has become more attractive as companies rethink office efficiency and collaboration.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Services is also setting up its first integrated shared services center in the tower, which will be operated by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. The building’s floor-to-ceiling glass design offers unobstructed views of Laguna de Bay, the Ortigas and BGC skylines, and the Antipolo mountains, a premium feature aimed at top executives and employees alike.

What they’re saying

“We are honored to welcome Coca-Cola to Uptown Bonifacio. This move underscores our township’s reputation as a strategic hub for global leaders and reaffirms Megaworld’s commitment to delivering world-class business environments for the world’s biggest and most successful companies,” said Lourdes Gutierrez-Alfonso, president and CEO of Megaworld, in a statement on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026.

The big picture

Coca-Cola becomes the latest Fortune 500 company to establish its Philippine headquarters in Uptown Bonifacio, joining JPMorgan Chase, which occupies two towers totaling about 150,000 square meters, as well as Google and Accenture. The township is also home to the country’s first Tesla Experience Center, further strengthening its global brand mix.

What’s next

Megaworld, the country’s largest office landlord and developer, continues to expand its footprint, with over 1.6 million square meters of office space across more than 80 towers and plans to reach 2 million square meters by 2030. Its office portfolio already houses over 200 multinational firms, signaling sustained demand from global enterprises flocking uptown.
