Using data from January to June 2025, DITO posted an overall score of 3.5, edging out long-established rivals Smart (3.3) and Globe (3.2).
The recognition comes just five years after DITO’s commercial launch, underscoring its rapid rise in a market long dominated by incumbents.

As the people’s #1 supporter and ally, we highlight this win as validation of DITO’s dedication to keeping connections strong and to empowering telecommunities,” DTIO CEO Ernesto “Eric” Alberto said in a statement.
“When other telcos set barriers and limitations, DITO goes the extra mile to give people more and better telco experiences for all,” he added.
The latest top ranking is expected to support DITO’s drive for stronger earnings as it extends nationwide coverage and works toward adding two million subscribers this year.
