With extensive experience in energy management and infrastructure solutions, Echavarria brings insights into designing and operating mission-critical environments that are reliable, scalable, and sustainable.
His leadership is expected to help Philippine organizations enhance operational resilience while meeting rising capacity and efficiency needs.

He led initiatives supporting energy-intensive and mission-critical sectors, working closely with clients to address challenges in power availability, efficiency, and long-term infrastructure planning.
His experience includes collaboration with partners and industry stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with operational and sustainability goals.
