The technology company is bringing the HONOR Pad X9b Max to the Philippine market with a 13-inch display and a 10,100mAh battery, positioning the device as an all-around tablet for entertainment, productivity and everyday use.
The tablet will be available starting Sept. 19 at P19,999 without a keyboard and P21,999 with one.
Room to work
At the center of the Pad X9b Max is its 13-inch 2.5K display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The larger screen gives users more room for activities ranging from watching videos and browsing websites to working on documents and multitasking between applications.
HONOR Philippines vice president Stephen Cheng said the company designed the tablet around how consumers increasingly use a single device for different activities throughout the day.
“We wanted to bring a tablet experience that gives users more room to enjoy the things they love, whether that’s watching content, getting work done, or simply staying connected throughout the day,” Cheng said.
The optional keyboard further positions the device as a potential work or study companion for users who want a more laptop-like setup.
Staying unplugged
Backing up the larger display is a 10,100mAh battery designed to support extended periods of streaming, browsing and work without frequent charging.
HONOR is also emphasizing entertainment with IMAX Enhanced support, which is designed to provide a more immersive experience when viewing compatible content.
The combination reflects the increasingly blurred line between tablets used primarily for consuming entertainment and those expected to handle productivity tasks.
“With the HONOR Pad X9b Max, we’re bringing together a large 120Hz display, a powerful 10,100mAh battery, and an immersive IMAX Enhanced experience to make every moment on the tablet more enjoyable,” Cheng said.
Price points
Consumers can choose between the P19,999 standalone tablet or the P21,999 package with a keyboard, a P2,000 difference for those planning to use the device more heavily for typing and productivity.
HONOR is also offering a JBL GO4 speaker valued at P2,599 as a freebie for qualifying purchases during the promotional period.
The promotion runs until Sept. 30 and covers purchases through HONOR consumer stores nationwide and the company's official online stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
