However, the company notes that the local workforce's digital skills gap poses a challenge. To address this, Zoho continues to innovate, placing emphasis on customer engagement to ensure employees are fully trained to benefit from its solutions.
Intensified training and outreach
This year, Zoho expanded its training initiatives to enhance employees' technological skills.
Zoho CRM hosted a Customer Experience Workshop in Manila, training more than 100 attendees on its features and automation workflows.
The company also held the "Discover Zoho" workshop in Cebu and participated in DEVCON's 2024 Summit in Mindanao, extending its outreach to the local tech community.
Zoholics users conference in Manila
Zoho also hosted its annual users conference, Zoholics, at Edsa Shangri-La, Manila.
The event featured four tracks covering customer experience, developer tools, collaboration solutions, finance, HR, and other business applications. Attendees participated in presentations by Zoho's product teams, live demos, and customer panels featuring Philippine business owners.
