DMCI Homes launches Taffeta and Zephyr buildings at Mulberry Place.
Expansion follows strong demand for earlier Paisley and Shantung towers.
Project strengthens Acacia Estates’ position as a premier residential hub.
This latest move comes after the successful take-up of the six-story Paisley and Shantung (18-story) towers, the first two buildings introduced in the project’s second phase.
“The sustained demand in Acacia Estates highlights the enduring preference of homebuyers for well-built, well-located communities. The launch of Mulberry Place Phase 2 is our way of responding to that strong interest while reaffirming our commitment to quality homebuilding and community development,” said Dennis Yap, vice president for project development at DMCI Homes.
He added: “Thriving master-planned communities like Acacia Estates remain resilient against oversupply concerns, which is why we continue to see strong market confidence in our developments.”
Why it matters
The launch underscores DMCI Homes’ strategy to grow within established lifestyle hubs where demand remains resilient despite broader concerns of oversupply in Metro Manila.
Acacia Estates has long been a top draw, offering gated enclaves, tree-lined streets, and resort-inspired amenities within reach of major business districts.
The big picture
Acacia Estates continues to evolve with enhancements such as a redeveloped Town Center, upgraded parks, and a new access road, boosting connectivity and lifestyle convenience. Mulberry Place homeowners benefit from proximity to BGC, Makati, Ortigas, and top schools, malls, and hospitals.
