The Premier Medical Zamboanga is raising up to P1 billion to support the construction of a 200-bed healthcare facility in Zamboanga City, which is expected to open within the second quarter of 2024.

In a statement on Monday, the Securities and Exchange Commission said it cleared the direct public offering of hospital operator’s corporate entity, Allied Care Experts Medical Center-Zamboanga.

The company will offer 3,600 blocks of 15 shares each, priced between P150,000 and P400,000 per block. The shares will mainly be offered to medical specialists and their relatives.

The shares will be traded over the counter through the hospital’s internal staff, the SEC said.
