The property developer topped off Building 4 on July 30, completing structural work on the first building of the multi-building residential project. Construction will continue with Building 5 as the development takes further shape within the Sierra Valley Destination Estate.
RLC Residences senior consultant Jose Rovie Cipriano said the milestone reflected the combined efforts of the architects, construction teams and other partners involved in the project.
"It symbolizes the heights we can reach when we work together," Cipriano said during the topping-off ceremony.
Building a community
Cipriano said the project was designed to contribute not only additional housing but also economic activity to the surrounding community.
"This building isn't just steel and concrete. It's a promise to our community. A promise of new jobs, of economic growth, of a brighter future for our children," he said.
RLC Residences vice president for project management Emmanuel Arce said Sierra Valley Gardens was being developed as part of a larger mixed-use community.
He also credited the company's project teams and construction partners for the progress of Building 4, saying the milestone should encourage stakeholders to continue the company's mission of providing quality developments for Filipinos.
Sierra Valley Gardens forms part of the broader Sierra Valley Destination Estate, an 18-hectare development envisioned to bring residential, retail and other commercial components together in Cainta.
Food and beverage establishments and retail shops are already operating within the estate, alongside services such as a salon, gym and laundry shop.
A mall and a Shopwise store are also planned as RLC expands the estate's commercial offerings.
Suburban living near Metro Manila
RLC Residences is positioning Sierra Valley Gardens as an option for homebuyers seeking a suburban environment while retaining access to Metro Manila's major business and lifestyle districts.
Ortigas Center and Bridgetowne are accessible from the development, while residents are offered more open spaces and access to nature within the estate.
The residential development will feature nature-inspired amenities, including swimming pools, fitness and wellness facilities, and recreational and gathering spaces.
Units will also be smart home-ready, while sustainable design features are being incorporated into the project.
With structural work on Building 4 completed and another building in the pipeline, RLC Residences is advancing Sierra Valley Gardens alongside the continuing expansion of the wider Cainta estate. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
