The collaboration allows customers to reload their Fiber Prepaid subscriptions within the GCash app while enjoying exclusive rewards, discounts, and promotional offers, supporting their connectivity needs for work, learning, entertainment, and livelihood.
"Our goal is to make fiber services simpler, more accessible, and adaptable to the changing needs of Filipino families," PLDT senior vice president and head of consumer business John Y. Palanca said in a statement.
"Together with GCash, we aim to empower more Filipinos by making it easier to enjoy reliable internet with greater flexibility and convenience while enabling more inclusive digital experiences for all," he added.

PLDT Home introduced Fiber Prepaid to address growing demand for dependable home internet with flexible loading options for budget-conscious families, students, remote workers, and small business owners.
The service offers unlimited fiber connectivity with reload options that give customers greater control over their internet spending without committing to fixed monthly plans.
"Beyond reliable internet, we continue to enhance our customers' overall digital experiences," said PLDT vice president and head of consumer sales Chito M. Franco III in the same statement.
He said integrating Fiber Prepaid into GCash GLoad provides customers with a faster, more secure, and more rewarding way to manage internet reloads through a familiar digital payment platform.
Digital inclusion
The partnership also supports the country's broader digital transformation efforts by combining PLDT Home's nationwide fiber network with GCash's digital payments ecosystem.
The companies said the collaboration makes reliable connectivity more accessible while encouraging wider adoption of cashless transactions for essential services.
Oscar "Ren-Ren" Enrico Reyes, president and chief executive officer of G-Xchange Inc. (GCash), said Filipinos increasingly expect digital services that are both accessible and rewarding.
