The initiative, sealed through a memorandum of understanding (MOU), promotes network resilience through disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and infrastructure monitoring.
It also encourages collaboration with government and industry stakeholders to ensure telecom security. This includes pushing for legal frameworks to prevent vandalism and theft of telecom assets.
