Each scholar receives 30,000 Mabuhay Miles to fund travel tied to training, certification, or industry exposure.
Participants are also tagged as “PAL Priority Candidates,” giving them streamlined access to job opportunities within the airline
The program also includes a Masterclass Series, offering mentorship sessions led by PAL executives across operational areas such as flight operations and aircraft maintenance
“Marking our 85th year, we are focused on nurturing the talent that will shape the future of our skies,” Carlos Luis Fernandez, PAL executive vice president and chief operating officer, said in a press statement on March 23, 2026.
“By providing flight grants and career pathways through the PAL Foundation, we are helping them reach key milestones in their professional journeys,” he added.
