Taipan Lucio Tan’s MacroAsia Corp. (MAC) is putting up a P400 million headquarters in Parañaque as it consolidates its airport services operations and positions for more activity at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, the country’s main gateway.

The company said its majority-owned MacroAsia Airport Services Corp. (MASCORP) has started construction after a groundbreaking ceremony held earlier today.

The six-story facility will be built on a MASCORP-owned property along Sunrise Street, Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City.

MacroAsia said the project will be funded through a bank financing facility with Security Bank and is targeted for completion by March 2027. The facility will support MASCORP’s NAIA operations and include office spaces for third-party leasing.

With a gross floor area of over 8,600 square meters, the headquarters will consolidate the administrative, operational, and executive offices of MAC’s aviation services units. It will also house a MacroAsia Group shared services center to centralize support functions.
