The new system, Access Ayala Land, gives homeowners a single place to track payments, view construction updates, and manage documents—regardless of whether they bought a high-end or mid-market unit.
“The platform delivers convenience and transparency in the home buying journey,” said Carissa Feria-Dare, Ayala Land vice president and premium residential business group project development head.
Construction updates, keeping receipts
The platform streamlines everything from billing to home construction updates through one intuitive dashboard. Homeowners can now track balances, download receipts, and access statements of account in real time, all via mobile or desktop.
For buyers of pre-selling units, the system also provides construction progress updates and digital storage for property-related documents—removing the need for manual submissions and giving homeowners better control over their records.
Notably, the service is completely free for Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, and Amaia homeowners, who will receive activation details via email.
