In a statement on Monday, Ayala Land said the tower reached about P10.4 billion in sales, adding P2.4 billion in sales over the past five months.
The project signals resilience demand for upscale homes near established business disc tics.
“Laurean Residences was envisioned as an urban sanctuary in the heart of Makati. Today, we’re not just breaking ground — we’re opening a bold new chapter in refined urban living,” said Mike Jugo, president of Ayala Land Premier.
Positioned along Paseo de Roxas and Dela Rosa Street, Laurean anchors the 1.3-hectare Dela Rosa Gardens estate that will also host the new BPI headquarters and a 2,700-square-meter urban park.
The development sits steps from Ayala Triangle Gardens, Greenbelt and One Ayala and links directly to Makati’s elevated Emerald Network, reinforcing its appeal to buyers prioritizing walkable CBD addresses.
Laurean Residences carries an estimated total sales value of about P28 billion, making it one of Ayala Land Premier’s largest luxury residential projects in Makati.
