Tycoon Edgar Saavedra’s Megawide Construction Corp. has topped off its P3.9-billion My Enso Lofts residential tower in Quezon City, marking a major construction milestone for its property arm PH1 World Developers.

The 45-storey condominium along Timog Avenue will house 1,204 residential units across 80,292 square meters of construction floor area, with a rooftop deck on the 46th floor.

Launched in October 2020 at the height of the pandemic, the project advanced through lockdowns and mobility restrictions that tested the construction industry.

Building smarter

About 90 percent of the tower’s structural components used precast technology, reducing labor requirements and helping Megawide maintain construction efficiency despite pandemic-era disruptions.

The project also logged three million safe man-hours, reflecting the company’s emphasis on workplace safety alongside faster and more efficient building methods.

Megawide chief operating officer Frederick Tan said the milestones demonstrated the group’s ability to combine engineering expertise, construction innovation and safety practices.

Expanding residential footprint

My Enso Lofts forms part of PH1’s residential portfolio, which includes the ready-for-occupancy The Hive Residences and ongoing Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills in Taytay, Rizal, and Lykke Kondo in Pasig City.

Across its construction portfolio, Megawide recorded more than 10 million safe man-hours as of September 2026.

The topping-off marks another step in Megawide’s expansion into residential development through PH1, alongside its core construction business.
