The P3-billion development at Hamilo Coast in Nasugbu, Batangas is pitched as a marina-enabled village, with lots designed to let residents park small boats and jet skis right outside their homes.
Shirley C. Ong, executive vice president and business unit head of SM Leisure Resort Residences, said the market reception has been “strong”, with units being taken up well ahead of the late-2028 turnover.
“M Village is a unique property because it combines upscale coastal living with seamless access to both nautical adventure and nature,” Ong said.
The first phase offers over 170 residential lots, according to to SM Prime.
Moreover, the development’s 12-hectare layout keeps over 60 percent of the area as open space and natural systems, giving the project a more low-density profile than typical seaside subdivisions.
The masterplan was shaped by WATG Singapore and Joel Luna Planning & Design, the same names behind several well-known coastal resorts abroad.
