The projects are the 21-storey Crown Residences and the 21-storey mixed-use Crest Suites.
“This is a positive development to start 2026. With these residential and hospitality projects, we push our diversified portfolio further to regional markets and expand our capabilities to build sustainable communities throughout the country,” said EEI president and CEO Henry D. Antonio.
Torre Lorenzo, founded and led by businessman Tomas Lorenzo, built its name developing student-focused condominiums and residential projects strategically located near campuses, before expanding into higher-end and hospitality-linked developments in Cebu and Davao.
Over time, it moved into branded and tourism-driven projects such as Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu and Dusit Princess Residences Davao, reflecting a broader shift toward mixed-use and recurring-income assets.
For EEI, landing a repeat private-sector developer known for steady residential pipelines strengthens its push into property construction, helping diversify away from heavy reliance on public infrastructure works.
Crown Residences will house 322 units with wellness-focused amenities, while Crest Suites will combine 16 floors of condotel units and three residential floors for a total of 260 units.
