Leisure-focused Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI) is turning over more than P11 billion worth of residential and commercial projects this year, highlighting the company’s push to deliver completed developments to buyers despite a softer property market.

The Megaworld subsidiary said the turnovers span Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Boracay, covering residential units, commercial lots, and housing developments across its provincial townships.

Projects lined up for turnover include The Lindgren and Arden Botanical Estate in Cavite, The Hamptons Caliraya in Laguna, Twin Lakes Manor and The Belvedere in Batangas, Eastland Heights in Rizal, and Boracay Newcoast in Aklan.

Delivering on commitments

“There remains a strong demand for residential developments and commercial spaces from our developments in key growth areas outside Metro Manila,” said GERI president Monica T. Salomon.

“This highlights the long-term value clients see in our integrated communities, which offer a seamless blend of nature, modern convenience, and investment security,” she added.

Provincial expansion continues

GERI said it now has 12 tourism estates and integrated lifestyle communities nationwide covering more than 4,100 hectares, including Twin Lakes in Batangas, Southwoods City in Laguna and Cavite, Eastland Heights in Rizal, and Boracay Newcoast in Aklan.

“We hope to continue capturing the growing real estate markets in the provinces,” Salomon said.

“By leveraging on the natural beauty of the locations where we are present, we envision our developments to be the most sought-after addresses for business and lifestyle beyond Metro Manila,” she added.
