The deal marks a fast-growing developer widening its footprint beyond Southern Luzon and tapping Central Luzon’s booming demand for high quality housing, especially in Baliuag, Bulacan.
Management’s view
“Today, we add another chapter to our story with Anara, our first joint venture in Central Luzon, a region full of promise and steady growth, supported by rising commercial activity and excellent connectivity,” said Ovialand president and CEO Pammy Olivares-Vital.
“In times like these, it becomes even more important for companies like Ovialand to persevere. To choose what is right. To build with integrity. To deliver our commitments with sincerity. Not just for ourselves, but for the future of our nation and its people,” she added.
Bringing Japanese standards to Baliuag
Anara is a 4.2-hectare project in Baliuag featuring 275 units built with Ovialand’s precast system and HousEasy model, paired with Takara Leben’s Japanese standards and regional expansion strategy.
The partnership builds on Savana South and Sentro, giving both firms a rapidly expanding pipeline that targets families seeking better-built homes without luxury-level pricing.
"Baliuag, Bulacan is emerging as a high-growth area as the city is experiencing a rise in major establishments, including retail centers, which indicate strong purchasing power and residential demand," according to Ovialand.
"With road infrastructures such as the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and Skyway, travel from Baliuag to Manila is quicker and more convenient," the developer added.
