The project will rise inside Northpoint, ALI’s 215-hectare mixed-use estate in Talisay City, a joint venture between the Zobel family-led real estate giant and the heirs of Gen. Aniceto Lacson.
“The expansion reflects a broader shift in premium housing demand toward emerging provincial centers, where infrastructure improvements, estate developments, and lifestyle upgrades are creating new value corridors,” Ayala Land said in statement.
“More details on Alveo Land’s Northpoint residential village are expected to be announced in the coming months,” it added.
Northpoint has become ALI’s main beachhead for long-term development in Negros.
In Negros Occidental, the group has steadily established a development presence that supports both regional economic activity and quality-of-life upgrades.
This builds on its growing presence, which includes The Enclaves, a village under the property giant’s flagship line Ayala Land Premier.
The move broadens ALI’s premium pipeline beyond Metro Manila and strengthens its revenue exposure to fast-growing regional markets in the Visayas.
Alveo’s portfolio now spans more than 70 residential and mixed-use projects across 13 growth centers nationwide.
