The Antonio family-led Century Properties Group Inc.’s affordable housing arm PHirst is investing about P5.3 billion to develop more than 2,400 homes in General Santos City, its first project in Mindanao.

PHirst Park Homes Gen San was launched on Feb. 21 on a 23.7-hectare site in Barangay Baluan, marking the brand’s expansion beyond Luzon.

Project scale

“We are proud to reinforce the champ life in General Santos City through PHirst Park Homes Gen San. This development is a testament to our commitment to enriching the lives of more Filipinos with quality homes and community.” PPHI president Ricky M. Celis said.

“Our vision extends beyond homeownership; it is about fostering a sustainable, thriving community where every family can prosper and contribute to a champion-driven community," he added.

The project carries a planned capital outlay of about P3 billion and will offer fully finished townhouse and single-attached units under PHirst’s Amani and Dua models.

Housing demand

Units range from 36 square meters to 48 square meters of floor area and will be delivered move-in ready with basic fittings and perimeter fencing.

Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool, sports courts, parks and shared facilities within the estate.
