The Gokongwei family-led Cebu Pacific (CEB) is expanding its in-flight menu in a way that nudges the cabin closer to a café in the sky, repositioning onboard dining as both a service upgrade and an ancillary revenue play.

The airlines introduce on Monday (Dec. 1) an expanded CEB Fun Café lineup with more drinks, snacks, and hot meals available without pre-order.

The new beverage set — iced black coffee, milk tea with jelly, and hibiscus-lychee with popping boba — reflects a push toward café-like offerings.

Snack additions like nachos, brioche, tuna pull-apart, and pan de macaroon give more depth to the retail basket, while best-selling meals such as char siu chicken, beef adobo, and Pinoy spaghetti can now be purchased in-flight on select routes.

Prices start at P80 for drinks and P120 for snacks, keeping the model accessible but scalable across volume traffic.

More flexible payment acceptance, including multiple currencies and card use on select flights, supports cross-market conversion.
