Flight 5J 14, which departed Manila for Dubai on Feb. 28, returned to Manila late evening, forcing the cancellation of its return leg 5J 15.
The airline also scrapped Manila–Dubai–Manila flights scheduled for March 1 as regional security risks intensified.
The disruption follows reported US-linked strikes on Iranian targets and Tehran’s retaliatory missile launches across parts of the Gulf region.
Airlines globally have begun avoiding Middle East airspace as missile alerts and interceptions were reported in several countries hosting US facilities.
Cebu Pacific said affected passengers may rebook within 30 days, convert tickets to a travel fund, or request a full refund.
