Cebu Pacific, Airworks open program for 4th batch of aspiring cadet pilots

Cebu Pacific and Mactan, Cebu-based Airworks Aviation Academy have opened applications for the fourth batch of cadet pilots under a program that offers aspiring aviators a pathway to become first officers at the Philippines’ largest carrier.

“Two earlier batches are already undergoing training with us,” Airworks president Vincent Charles Ong told InsiderPH. “The third batch’s roster is complete and will start (training) in March.”

“So this announcement is for the 2025 application window for the fourth batch onward,” he explained.

Graduates of the program are guaranteed employment as first officers at Cebu Pacific, ensuring a direct transition from training to an aviation career.
