The new platform is designed to mirror the functionality and ease of the BDO Online app, ensuring a consistent digital banking experience for customers. Among the key features of the new website are:
24/7 access to account balances, transactions, and statements
Send Money via InstaPay or PESONet for fast and secure transfers
Bill payments to over 1,800 billers with no service fee
Foreign currency transfers in USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD, CAD, HKD, SGD, and CNY
Enhanced card security, including lock/unlock features and customizable daily limits
Quick access to saved payees and billers—no need for enrollment
Lower InstaPay transfer fees, reduced to P10
“We’re excited for our customers to experience the new BDO Online Banking website,” said Roy Villareal, digital banking head at BDO. “We’re not only giving them the functions and features they use regularly, but we’ve put them in a fresh-looking new site that is secure, convenient, and accessible whether they are here or abroad.”
The new website will be accessible soon via www.bdo.com.ph. Customers can continue using the existing BDO Online Banking website until March 31, 2025, while the BDO Online and BDO Pay apps remain available for mobile transactions, the bank said. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
