GoTyme Bank, a venture between the Gokongwei Group and Tyme Group, achieved a milestone of five million users, redefining digital banking in the Philippines with its seamless, customer-focused approach.

This rapid growth highlights the bank’s success in addressing Filipinos’ demand for simple, accessible, and innovative financial services.

GoTyme Bank is also reintroducing its popular 5 percent annual savings rate from Jan. 1 to Feb. 28, 2025.

“Reaching 5 million customers in under two years is a testament to the trust that Filipinos have placed in GoTyme Bank,” Nate Clarke, CEO of GoTyme Bank, said in a statement on Wednesday.

Coming next year

GoTyme Bank is set to roll out new features in 2025, enhancing its already innovative offerings. Customers can expect consumer credit options, including Buy Now Pay Later, as well as easy cryptocurrency trading directly within the app.

International money transfers via SWIFT and convenient cash recycler machines will further elevate banking accessibility for all users.
