AyalaLand Logistics reports P600-M 9-month profit, expands leasing and data center investments

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc., reported consolidated revenues of P4 billion and a net income of P618 million in the first nine months of 2024.

Strong industrial lot sales, especially at Laguindingan Technopark, generated P2.6 billion in revenue, while leasing operations across warehouses, cold storage, and commercial spaces brought in P1.2 billion.

Warehouse leasing saw growth with a P566 million topline as leasable areas and occupancy rates increased.

Management’s view

"Our investments in leasing business segments have strengthened and diversified our industrial real estate portfolio,” said ALLHC president and CEO Robert S. Lao.

We look to deliver on our healthy pipeline of leasable properties which will increase our recurring revenue and enable us to establish a stronger foothold in the real estate logistics industry,"

Data centers

In August, ALLHC’s data center venture, A-FLOW, completed a major milestone, topping off its ML1 Data Center, which will have an initial 6MW capacity.

By year-end, the company expects to expand its portfolio with new cold storage and warehouse spaces in Mabalacat, adding over 30,000 square meters of leasable area.
