Nickel Asia Launches Electric Bus for Employees, Eyes Net Zero

Nickel Asia Corporation (NAC) has introduced a new electric shuttle service for its employees, aligning with its commitment to achieve Net Zero Carbon by 2050.

In partnership with Global Electric Transport (GET), the free shuttle—known as the Community Optimized Managed Electronic Transport (COMET)—offers a cleaner commuting option, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The 30-seat, zero-emission vehicle boasts a 100-kilometer range per charge and features modern amenities including air-conditioning and disability access.

This initiative is part of NAC's broader strategy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and enhance sustainable transportation in the metro area.
