Businessman Antonio “Tony” Tiu is returning to lead listed Philippine Infradev Holdings Inc. as president more than a year after stepping down.
The developer of the stalled Makati subway project announced changes in its leadership with Tiu being appointed as President, Director, and Executive Committee member effective on June 29 this year.
Tiu’s return to Philippine Infradev was first reported by InsiderPH’s Insider Info column.
He replaces Laiza Rose R. Lamsen as director and company president Georgina A. Monsod, who will remain executive vice president and treasurer.
Last February, Tiu resigned from leadership positions at Philippine Infradev and Ever-Gotesco Resources to focus on his agriculture business, AgriNurture Inc., where he remains Chair, President, and CEO.
