Cebu Pacific (CEB) will transfer its turboprop flights to Masbate and Siargao, operated by Cebgo (DG), from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 to Clark International Airport (CRK) starting March 30, 2025.

This gradual shift aligns with a Department of Transportation resolution issued on Dec. 3, 2024, to ease congestion and improve passenger convenience, the airline said in a statement.

Direct flights from Manila to Surigao will be canceled, with passengers offered alternative connections via Cebu. The move is part of CEB’s broader strategy to optimize airport operations and enhance the travel experience.

Affected passengers will receive notifications and be offered three options: free rebooking within 30 days, converting ticket value to a travel fund, or a full refund.

AirSwift, a Cebu Pacific subsidiary, will continue its operations from NAIA Terminal 2 until March 2026.
