The daily flights, operated by Cebgo, will widen access to El Nido’s iconic spots for travelers from Cebu and surrounding provinces, further cementing Cebu’s role as a major domestic hub.
Management’s view
“El Nido has long been one of the country’s most sought-after destinations, and soon it will be more accessible to those flying from Cebu and nearby provinces,” said Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific president and chief commercial cfficer.
“By adding this route ahead of the holiday season, we are not only strengthening inter-island connectivity but also creating more opportunities for every Juan to discover the best of the Philippines,” he added.
Better inter-island connectivity
The new route underscores Cebu Pacific’s strategy to blend its mainline and boutique services, strengthening connectivity on high-demand leisure routes.
Cebu now links directly to Palawan’s top gateways, Coron, Port Barton, Puerto Princesa, and El Nido, without a Manila stopover.
