Globe Telecom is intensifying investments in digital infrastructure and emerging technologies as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data-heavy services reshape the Philippine economy, reinforcing its ambition to become a more technology-driven organization.

The strategy comes as Globe secured its third consecutive inclusion in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500, ranking No. 119 among the region’s largest companies by revenue. 

The annual list, compiled by Fortune, recognizes organizations that contribute significantly to economic growth, innovation, and development across Southeast Asia.

As businesses and consumers increasingly rely on digital platforms, resilient networks and secure digital services are becoming critical to national competitiveness. Globe said it continues to strengthen the foundations needed to support the country’s fast-growing digital economy.

Globe continues to invest in network modernization, cybersecurity capabilities, and emerging technologies to support the growing digital needs of consumers and enterprises. 

The company said in a release that it is also embedding artificial intelligence and automation across key areas of its operations to enhance customer experience, improve efficiency, and enable smarter decision-making.

Globe has now appeared on the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list for three consecutive years, following its inclusion in 2024 and 2025. The ranking is based on revenue and highlights the region’s largest companies.
