The decline came as total sales shed 2.5 percent to P8.3 billion.
Wilcon’s president, Lorraine Belo-Cincochan, said the core business remains robust as she explained the March drop was amplified by its exceptionally strong performance in March 2022.
“We are still on track to reach our 100-store target by the end of the year. We have opened three new stores during the quarter, two Do It Wilcon format branches and one depot,” she added.
