The Marketplace has returned to Antipolo with the opening of The Marketplace Vista Antipolo, bringing its curated selection of premium local and international products back to shoppers in Rizal.

Located at Vista Mall, the new store offers a wide range of fresh produce, imported food, premium meats, gourmet items, and lifestyle products, catering to growing consumer demand for high-quality grocery options closer to home.

The opening marks The Marketplace's return to the city, positioning the store as a one-stop destination for everyday essentials and specialty products.

Curated selection

The Marketplace Vista Antipolo features a carefully selected mix of local and imported products, including exclusive international brands such as Waitrose from the United Kingdom, Casino from France, and Woolworths from Australia.

The store also carries specialty pantry items, imported cheeses, premium cold cuts, gourmet snacks, confectionery, and entertaining essentials designed for both daily shopping and special occasions.

"Our return is more than opening another grocery store. It's our renewed commitment to serving the Antipolo community with an elevated shopping experience centered on quality, discovery, and exceptional service," the company said in a statement.

Premium offerings

A key highlight of the new store is its expanded meat section, which includes premium Australian grass-fed and grain-fed beef, certified organic beef, young lamb, and Wagyu selections.

The company said its beef products are wet-aged to enhance flavor and tenderness before being prepared fresh daily.

Beyond food, shoppers can browse premium beauty, wellness, and home care brands, including Dr. Teal's, Petal Fresh, Hair ResQ, ECOS, Wonder Home, and Human Nature.

Wine enthusiasts can also choose from a curated collection of red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines sourced from leading wine-producing regions around the world.

As the exclusive retail partner of Vivino in the Philippines, The Marketplace allows customers to scan wine labels using the Vivino mobile app to access ratings, tasting notes, reviews, and food pairing recommendations while shopping.

Lifestyle focus

The store also introduces Gourmet Bites, The Marketplace's signature charcuterie concept featuring ready-made and customizable boards with imported cheeses, premium deli selections, artisanal treats, and gourmet accompaniments for entertaining and gifting.

To mark its opening, The Marketplace Vista Antipolo is offering promotional discounts until July 12, including up to 50 percent off selected products, buy-one-take-one deals on participating brands, and exclusive product bundles.

The company said the new store reflects its continued investment in providing premium grocery experiences that combine quality products, international brands, and modern retail conveniences for Filipino consumers. — Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
