  • The facility aims to improve access and convenience for Toyota owners across Rizal
  • The project supports local jobs and the city’s growing, mobility-driven economy

Toyota Motor Philippines has started the development of a new dealership in Antipolo City, marking a strategic expansion of its retail and service network in Rizal as demand for reliable mobility continues to rise in the province.

The soon-to-rise Toyota Antipolo Rizal dealership is being developed in cooperation with Toyota Taytay Rizal Inc. and will be located along L. Sumulong Memorial Circle in Barangay San Jose, a key thoroughfare connecting the city to Metro Manila.

Why it matters

Antipolo is one of the fastest-growing cities in Luzon, with an economy driven by retail, real estate, tourism, and micro, small, and medium enterprises. Improved access to vehicle sales and after-sales services supports daily mobility needs in a city that relies heavily on road networks such as Marcos Highway and Ortigas Avenue Extension.

What they’re saying

“I have always hoped that a Toyota dealership will be part of Antipolo,” said Toyota Motor Philippines president Masando Hashimoto. “I can’t wait for the grand opening at the earliest possible timing, not just because Toyota Antipolo is set to strengthen our network, but because it helps us serve customers with greater convenience.”

Once completed, the dealership will have a total floor area of 12,160 square meters across three floors and a mezzanine. It will feature a modern showroom with space for seven vehicle displays and 37 service bays. Services will include express maintenance, periodic maintenance, body and paint services, and general repairs, aligning with Toyota’s focus on worry-free ownership and customer experience.

Local impact

“As we establish Toyota Antipolo, we are proud to contribute to the local economy,” said Toyota Antipolo Rizal president Zellyn Lim Diaz. “This project will generate employment — from jobs during construction to long-term careers once operations begin. More importantly, it will provide opportunities for learning, development, and stability for many families. Because progress is most meaningful when it uplifts others.

The big picture

The Antipolo dealership underscores Toyota Motor Philippines’ broader strategy of expanding its nationwide footprint to meet customers closer to where they live and work. As urban expansion continues east of Metro Manila, the company is positioning its network to support long-term growth in vehicle ownership and after-sales demand in Rizal. — Ed: Daxim L. Lucas
