Robinsons Logistix deepens SPX ties with second warehouse deal

Robinsons Logistix & Industrials Inc. (RLX), the industrial and logistics arm of Robinsons Land Corp., has strengthened its partnership with SPX Philippines Inc. with the signing of a new lease for SPX’s second RLX warehouse.

The expansion cements a collaboration that continues to shape the Philippines’ fast-growing logistics and e-commerce landscape.

Why it matters

As e-commerce volumes rise and nationwide delivery expectations accelerate, demand for modern, scalable logistics infrastructure is growing.

Developers that can deliver speed, efficiency, and reliability are becoming critical enablers of supply chain growth.

What’s happening

The new lease deepens RLX’s role as a provider of Grade A, future-ready logistics facilities designed to support high-volume, time-sensitive operations.

RLX said the expansion reflects a shared commitment with SPX Philippines to elevate logistics capabilities across the country—particularly in Luzon, where delivery density and demand continue to climb.
