PLDT and Smart were recognized at the Marketing Excellence Awards and HR Excellence Awards, highlighting their commitment to creating positive, lasting impacts for their customers and employees.

Among the key achievements, PLDT and Smart won bronze for “Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” for their efforts to create a safe and inclusive environment. Their diversity campaigns for Women’s Month, Pride Month, and Persons with Disabilities Month extended into recruitment, training, and recognition processes.
Additionally, PLDT and Smart were recognized for “Excellence in Learning and Development”, upskilling their workforce through over 205,000 learning content modules, generating over 350,000 learning hours.
Smart’s brand campaigns also took center stage, with their SIM Registration Campaign winning silver for ”Excellence in Digital Marketing”, and their FIBA-themed MOA Ball installation earning bronze for “Excellence in Out-of-Home Advertising.”
