The brand’s Singapore arm has been named the fast-food chain with the best customer service in the Straits Times 2025 nationwide survey, based on over 100,000 evaluations from more than 10,000 respondents.
“This recognition from the Straits Times is a validation of Jollibee’s DNA — that our brand is not only about great-tasting food, but also about spreading joy through consistently great customer service,” Dennis Flores, president of Jollibee Group EMEAA, said in a statement.
“We are grateful to our customers in Singapore for their trust and appreciation, and we remain committed to providing them with both the delicious meals they love and the service they deserve,” he added.
Most Jollibee stores in Singapore boast 4-star Google ratings and equally strong reviews on food delivery apps, reflecting the brand’s consistent performance across dine-in and digital platforms.
Its popularity was further highlighted in an August 2025 poll by SGAG, one of Singapore’s biggest social media platforms.
The survey drew nearly 16,000 responses, with Jollibee chicken emerging as the top choice with 44 percent of votes, ahead of other international brands.
The wins come as Jollibee accelerates its international push, setting its sights on new markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
