The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL), a flagship brand under the Jollibee Group, marked a new milestone in its global expansion with the opening of its first café in the Maldives on Sept. 15, 2025. 

Located along Hulhumalé’s scenic Central Park beachfront, the café can accommodate 35 guests and offers the brand’s signature Ice Blended® drinks, specialty coffees, premium teas, and freshly made meals.

Why it matters

The launch underscores CBTL’s continued push to strengthen its global footprint, now with over 1,200 stores across more than 20 countries. The Maldives debut further anchors its role in Jollibee Foods Corp.’s strategy to grow its portfolio of specialty coffee and tea brands worldwide.
