The result, more than double last year’s P1.59 billion, highlights steady demand for its developments even as others face inventory buildup.
Management’s view
“Our sales success is a reflection of how we approach development differently,” said PH1 president Gigi Alcantara.
“Yes, location is critical, and all our projects are strategically placed for accessibility and convenience. But beyond that, PH1 brings an extra touch—a vision to deliver a true first-world living experience to Filipinos, championing the mission of our parent company, Megawide Construction Corporation,” she added.
Exceeding targets
Projects such as Lykke Kondo in Pasig and One Lancaster Park in Cavite led the surge, collectively generating more than P3 billion in reservations.
Backed by unbooked revenues of P10.16 billion and inventory worth over P20 billion, PH1 is on track to exceed its 2024 performance and strengthen its role in Megawide’s growth next year.
