Whispers are growing louder that this could be Avida’s first vertical project in the Quezon City district, surrounded by top schools, hospitals, and commercial hubs.
It’s a rare launch, especially in a market still struggling with condo oversupply.
But if confirmed, the move proves there are still strong pockets of demand in Metro Manila that developers can tap.
Katipunan is one such area, with consistent strong demand from a mix of students and professionals. And with those factors in play, investors are never far behind the action.
If this project moves forward, it might also signal a turning point for the mid-income segment, with many experts saying the worst of the condo slowdown could finally be over.
