  • Botanika second tower structurally complete; Bristol sold out
  • 1001 Parkway rises as next flagship luxury address
  • Clark estate signals confident expansion beyond Metro South

Filigree is stepping into 2026 at what it calls a defining moment, as multiple developments reach major milestones and the luxury property brand extends its footprint beyond Metro South.

The residential developer, known for its deliberate and design-forward approach, said years of steady groundwork are now translating into visible progress across its portfolio.

The big picture

Filigree’s growth comes as several flagship projects in Filinvest City, Alabang, move closer to full realization, reinforcing its position within the master-planned district.

Botanika Nature Residences has begun welcoming residents into its first tower, while the second tower reached structural completion in 2025. Bristol at Parkway Place is fully sold out, signaling sustained market demand for upscale addresses in the area.

Meanwhile, 1001 Parkway Residences continues vertical construction as the district’s next luxury high-rise.

Together, these projects anchor Filigree’s presence in a district defined by walkability, green spaces and commercial connectivity.

Why it matters

Rather than pursue aggressive expansion, Filigree has focused on controlled growth, emphasizing proportion, craftsmanship and curated living environments.

That discipline is now serving as the backbone for its next phase.

The strategy reflects a broader trend in the high-end property segment, where buyers increasingly prioritize longevity, thoughtful design and integrated communities over sheer scale.

Beyond Alabang

Filigree’s ambitions are no longer confined to Metro Manila. The company has expanded into Clark, Pampanga with Golf Ridge Private Estate, located within Filinvest Mimosa Plus.

Framed by open landscapes and a world-class golf course, Golf Ridge represents more than geographic diversification.

It signals Filigree’s confidence in carrying its brand of master-planned luxury into emerging regional hubs without diluting its standards.

The project has earned international design recognition, reinforcing the developer’s emphasis on architecture and landscape integration.
