Cebu Pacific was recognized as the top employer brand among Philippine companies with 1,000 to 5,000 employees on LinkedIn. The award was accepted by Chrissie Perfecto, CEB’s Director for Talent Management, during a ceremony held on August 14, 2024.
“We are honored to receive this award from LinkedIn for the second year in a row. Moving forward, we will stay committed to meaningfully engaging with our current employees and future talents, empowering them to make a valuable impact in the aviation industry as Moment Makers,” Felix Dan Lopez, Cebu Pacific’s chief human resources officer, said in a statement.
The LinkedIn Talent Awards are based on data, recognizing companies that effectively use LinkedIn Talent Solutions and actively engage on the platform. Cebu Pacific was also a finalist in the Talent Insights Pioneer category, which honors companies that make informed talent decisions using real-time LinkedIn insights.
Over the years, Cebu Pacific has focused on boosting employee engagement through activities that foster teamwork and by providing access to LinkedIn Learning for upskilling and self-paced development. Recently, the airline expanded its LinkedIn Learning offerings to over 4,000 employees.
