Cebu Landmasters, NTT UD Asia form joint venture for first international project in Cebu IT Park

The Soberano family’s Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) partnered with Japanese developer NTT UD Asia Pte. Ltd. (NTTUDA) to build a Japanese-theme P6.4 billion multi-tower residential project in Cebu City.

CLI is a leading property developer in Visayas and Mindanao while NTT UD is part of telecoms giant NTT, which is part owner of PLDT Inc.

The two-tower residential development in Cebu IT Park will be launched by the fourth quarter  of 2024. It will introduce over 500 premium dwelling units in its first tower.

“We are excited about this new venture, especially since this marks CLI’s first joint venture partnership with a well-renowned foreign business group. This is a testament that CLI is meeting international standards - especially Japanese, reflecting our hard work and commitment to the markets we serve,” said CLI chair and CEO Jose Soberano III.
