The companies said Boomi will become a launch partner for the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network Passport Program, allowing customers to access Boomi’s integration and data activation capabilities directly through the ServiceNow AI Platform.
The expanded partnership is designed to strengthen ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric by enabling organizations to connect systems and data sources outside the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The companies said this will help businesses provide real-time, trusted data to AI agents and workflows operating across enterprises.
Why it matters
The move reflects growing enterprise demand for unified platforms that can manage fragmented data environments while supporting AI-driven operations.
As companies adopt agentic AI systems capable of autonomous actions, access to synchronized and governed enterprise data has become critical to scaling automation and decision-making.
“Together ServiceNow and Boomi are solving for customers’ end-to-end connectivity requirements across the enterprise and simplifying multi-system integration, reducing the cost to activate data and accelerating intelligent workflows at scale on the ServiceNow AI Platform,” Pramod Mahadevan, vice president of Data and Analytics Product Ecosystem at ServiceNow, said in a press statement.
Under the partnership, Boomi said it will extend ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric through enterprise data connectivity, master data synchronization via Boomi Data Hub, and support for ServiceNow Zero Copy capabilities across legacy and hybrid systems.
Customer impact
Lightedge, a joint customer of Boomi and ServiceNow, said the combined technologies helped modernize its CRM and integration infrastructure.
The company consolidated several legacy integration tools into a unified platform aimed at improving workflow visibility and supporting AI-first CRM operations.
“By consolidating multiple integration tools into a unified platform, we’ve reduced complexity, improved agility, and ensured our data flows directly into the workflows that drive our business,” said Michael Gallagher, CIO of Lightedge.
Boomi chair and CEO Steve Lucas said enterprise AI success will depend on how effectively organizations activate and govern operational data.
“Together with ServiceNow, we’re giving customers a unified way to bring data into workflows, apply governance, and orchestrate execution at scale,” Lucas said. “That’s what turns AI from experimentation into real operational impact.” —Vanessa Hidalgo | Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
